Market Development Specialist (Northeast)

Job description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide competent clinical service and technical support of SafeOp™ and other ATEC enabling technologies to hospitals, surgeon customers, and sales agent representatives, in one or two assigned development geographies. Further, this role aligns closely with marketing and sales leadership to achieve strategic company objectives in those geographies while using and growing skills as a driver of market development plans. This position requires travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Works closely with Sales Agents, Surgeons, Operating Room Personnel, and Biomedical Department to support procedures involving Informatix technologies. - Partners closely with the Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Set Administration departments to assure customer satisfaction and company asset management objectives. - Aligns regularly with Marketing and Sales Leadership to achieve strategic objectives. - Maintains a knowledge base of procedures, implant systems and instruments through Alphatec Spine’s education training programs. - Adheres to written procedures for troubleshooting and support of ATEC products. - Actively participates in field-based core...
