Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with process and continuous improvement. - Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies. - Experience managing software integration programs related to network device development or deployment. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry. - Experience with network planning and engineering. - Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
