Quality Manager | Manufacturing | Fabrication Environment

Job description

Harmon, Inc. We are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager who lives on the shop floor and knows how to lead people, solve problems, and prevent defects in a fabrication driven manufacturing environment. This role owns product quality across fabrication, assembly, and glazing operations. You will lead a team of 5 to 8 Quality Techs and Inspectors and work side by side with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to ensure every component meets drawing, dimensional, and aesthetic requirements before it leaves the facility. If you have worked in construction related manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, metals, glass, or another precision fabrication environment, this role will feel very familiar.
