Pay Rate: 30.15 USD Position Summary: The starting wage for this position is $30.15 per hour. This job announcement closes 04/30/2026. Applications must be received prior to 11:59 p.m. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Three years of HVAC work experience Substitutions: Appropriate education or successful completion of a formalized apprenticeship program will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Proof of this substitution must be submitted at the time of application. Physical Plant Services supports the educational and public service programs of Fort Lewis College through the delivery of effective operational support, maintenance services and the management of the College’s facilities. The services are coordinated through the Service Center and are accomplished by Custodial Services, Electrical and Electronic Systems Maintenance, Grounds and Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Systems Maintenance, and Structural Maintenance.
