When the simple motions of life become small moments of joy, that's Everyday Magic.™ Fellow is looking for engaging and dependable part-time Field Experience Specialist in New York, NY to bring our premium coffee gear to life through in-store demos. This role is key to educating customers, supporting store staff, and helping drive sales at retail partners like Crate & Barrel and Williams Sonoma. Who You Are: As a Field Experience Specialist, you’ll represent Fellow in top-tier retail locations by running weekend demos of our products, including the Aiden Precision Brewer and our Series 1 Espresso Machine. You’ll be responsible for setting up a branded station, brewing coffee, engaging with customers, and sharing product knowledge with store associates. After each shift, you’ll submit a short report with highlights, photos, and feedback.
