Inspect the quality and presentation of food from the kitchen. Organizes food and assists in running of food in order to provide guests with prompt service and the correct delivery of guest orders. Duties include but are not limited to: - Review than consult with cook’s on lunch, dinner specials and soup of the day and explain to all servers cashiers, and bus people so they can relay to guests. - Inspect the quality and presentation of food before it is delivered to guests. - Assists in keeping the kitchen clean, safe order, and maintaining stock. - Assist food servers with the preparation and completion of plates.
