CAPITAL RISK: The Capital Risk team within the Risk Division provides an independent view into the capital decisions across the firm. The team advises on regulatory capital interpretations and firmwide capital management decisions. Coverage also includes monitoring, analyzing, interpreting, and challenging the firm’s regulatory capital requirements and capital management processes. This involves working very closely with stakeholders across the firm, including trading desks, Controllers, Legal, Corporate Treasury and Technology, and will require a strong control mindset. Other responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s capital strategy and the firm’s proximity to capital requirements.
