Description Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) for Blue Heron is responsible for leading the overall delivery of a portfolio of flagship, high-complexity projects from initial sales agreement through turnover. The Sr. PM manages overall scope, cost, and schedule while setting the standard for client communications, financial performance, and cross-functional coordination. This role is a senior servant-leadership position—guiding and empowering project teams, ensuring they have the tools and authority to deliver, and holding them accountable for performance. The Sr. PM partners closely with Project Managers to maintain top-tier project management and client service.
