Job description

Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions. Primary Functions and Tasks: Role Description Leads and delivers internal initiatives with a strong focus on People & Culture, organizational development, and digital transformation. The role is responsible for shaping and steering projects end to end, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, while coordinating senior stakeholders and ensuring outcomes align with agreed objectives. The ideal candidate brings proven project management expertise, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and has a genuine interest in HR topics, change initiatives, and organizational impact. Project Ownership for Internal Initiatives: Owns and delivers internal People & Culture initiatives or complex workstreams end to end, from planning through execution and closure.
