Responsible for all slot department personnel functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary activities and scheduling. Responsible for the budgeting of the department’s revenues and expenses. Analyzes fiscal results to maximize revenues for the slot department. Recommends slot percentage payoffs, selects new machines, slot programs, and places them in the most desirable locations. Ensures that all slot machines are operating and takes corrective action, when required. Assures that all slot department activities are in compliance with compact and appendices.
