Also acts as a management representative in dealings with various property owners. Will also implement policies, procedures and practices that enable each community to meet and exceed the operational performance objectives of Allied Orion and clients. REPORTS TO: Regional Vice President, Senior Regional Vice President and/or President SUPERVISES: Community Managers and oversees staff management of assigned portfolio.
