Dining Room Server Full-time Schedule to be discussed during interview at the community. Shifts run: 6:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M., 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M., 10:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. Non-exempt Pay Rate: $17.50: JOB SUMMARY: Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitation of a gracious environment. This entails; accurate communication and order taking, properly relaying meal orders to back of the house staff. Offer exceptional customer service, as part of all interactions with our cherished residents. POSITION OVERVIEW: - Be present in dining room for full meal service. - Assist special functions as scheduled. - Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times. - Oversight of bistro areas as directed – food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc. - Know the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented. - Learn individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes. - Must serve hot food hot and cold food cold. - As directed, participate in the Quality Assurance Committee. - Sanitize tables and chairs, reset tables, and vacuum floor after each meal. - Attend all trainings, orient...
