Case Manager - Veteran Rapid Rehousing - Corvallis

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager is a grant-funded position focused on providing case management and rental assistance to Veteran households . The person in this role will provide direct services to individuals, which include; eligibility screening, program enrollment, participant follow-ups and check-ins. Case managers will also be responsible for processing required paperwork, data entry and other general program supports. This position will directly align with the Housing First initiatives. This is a grant-funded position contingent upon the continuation of program funding. Location: Corvallis, Oregon: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High School Diploma or GED. - Four years of relevant social services experience. - Knowledge of/or experience with the principles of trauma-informed care, trauma awareness, working with veterans' population, working with unsheltered or vulnerable populations, as well as best practices in homeless service delivery is preferred. - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. - Veterans' st...
