When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. This role is located on-site at our Burlington, MA location. Oversees management of staff, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, and leading employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment. Job Description: Competencies: - Creates a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's policies and procedures. - Develops and implements procedures to ensure efficient processing of work. Communicates job expectations, identifies training needs, monitors job results, and enforces productivity standards. - Holds regularly scheduled team meetings and keeps the Director informed. - Maintains staff's work schedules, including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off. - Has the authority to direct and support employees' daily work activities.
