Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to lead end-to-end solution delivery for major retail platforms. In this role, you will own a (design, trade-offs, governance), active implementation (mentoring, code reviews, select hands-on features), and operational ownership (delivery sign-off, post-release support) of high-impact solutions, bridging business requirements to working implementations. You will drive Dual-Track Agile processes, guiding the Discovery Track for clarity and design exploration, and the Delivery Track to ensure quality, traceability, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep architecture expertise with hands-on coding, practical prototyping, and AI/agent workflow integration across the software lifecycle—from analysis and design to testing, documentation, and code generation.
