Description Position Snapshot: The Community Liaison plays a critical role in expanding hospice access by building trusted relationships across the healthcare community. Reporting to the Administrator, this role supports census growth through ethical, compliant marketing practices while strengthening awareness of hospice services throughout the service area. As a key member of the business development team, you will connect providers, facilities, patients, and families with compassionate end-of-life care; serving as both a relationship-builder and a strategic partner in the organization’s growth. About You: You are a relationship-driven healthcare professional who understands that trust, credibility, and integrity are the foundation of sustainable growth.
