RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop new accounts while maintaining existing ones. - Ensure margin optimization. - Meet or exceed specified sales and tonnage targets annually. - Provide quarterly forecasts for budgeting purposes. - Explore and exploit sales opportunities within the assigned territory. - Foster relationships with key decision-makers in both current and potential customer bases. - Deliver value-added propositions to customers and the organization. - Initiate and oversee quotes/contracts between customers and Samuel, serving as the primary point of contact for any issues, concerns, or opportunities within the designated territory. - Manage inventory and expenses effectively. - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our capabilities and products within the Samuel organization, as well as a thorough understanding of competitor profiles in the territory. - Attend trade shows and conferences within the assigned territory. - Continuously pursue personal development opportunities to enhance effectiveness within the territory.
