Position Summary: NGUcentral is an initiative within the North Greenville University community to enhance student experience and satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service in one location that assists students with registration, bill payment, transcript requests, financial aid information, scheduling, etc. The NGUcentral Associate provides front-line customer service to students, alumni, staff, faculty, and guests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Represent NGU in creating a professional, welcoming, and helpful environment by providing excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and in written communication. Assist with retention and student satisfaction efforts by connecting students with information and resources to navigate the administrative needs of their student experience. Support NGU students by problem-solving in the following areas: Academic Records: Troubleshooting registration issues, providing forms, processing official transcripts, and updating student information.
