YOUR MISSION AT VOI As an Engineering Manager at Voi, you will lead and grow a cross-functional product team while staying close to the code. This role is ideal for a strong technical lead ready to take a first step into people management someone who wants to shape team culture, support engineers growth, and drive delivery without leaving their technical roots behind. The Monetisation team owns Vois core payment flows, subscriptions, upsell and in-app advertising. The technical scope spans core backend systems, payment integrations, native mobile client views and more. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into leadership while having a tangible impact on the micromobility industry. Be a present, hands-on leader for a team of 45 engineers: run 1:1s, support growth and create a safe, collaborative environment where people do their best work. Partner closely with the Product Manager and Designer to align on priorities, shape the roadmap and drive high-quality delivery.
