Shape the future of supply chain at BDR Thermea Group . Your role: BDR Thermea Group is building its Group Supply Chain function from the ground up, and this role sits at the centre of that ambition. As Head of Group Supply Chain Excellence, you are a key strategic partner to the Group Supply Chain Director. You translate supply chain strategy into tangible programmes , drive standardisation across a decentralised global organisation , and help build the operating model that will define how BDR Thermea runs its supply chain for years to come. Together with the team, you will shape something new by driving initiatives in supply chain transformation, performance management, process harmonisation and change management. You will connect manufacturing, procurement, planning, and local supply chain teams while building the capabilities and standards BDR Thermea needs for the future.
