This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly competent professional who is passionate about strengthening and growing a best-in-class respiratory therapy program to meet the evolving needs of the children, young adults, and families we serve. Day in the Life: The Vice President of Respiratory Therapy will provide strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and subject matter expertise to ensure the highest standards of respiratory care across the organization. This leader will guide program development, drive innovation, and support operational excellence while fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, exempt position within a 24/7 healthcare environment supporting resident and organizational needs. The role may require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays, as well as flexibility to work extended hours during high-demand periods, special projects, or organizational needs.
