Vanguard is seeking a seasoned and successful sales professional with deep relationships in the Bank Private Wealth market, within our dedicated Bank team as a Market Director. This role is part of a senior sales team and maintains partnership with an internal sales executive. You will be responsible for the Southeast territory inclusive of key states such as Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. You will be responsible for territory strategy and management, pipeline development, and day-to-day execution across a dedicated book of clients and prospects. You will represent an institutional‑grade investment platform with established credibility among large, sophisticated private banks. This role offers the opportunity to influence meaningful, channel‑level sales outcomes while obtaining exposure to senior internal and external leadership. Success is measured by strategic market penetration, share growth, the durability of partnerships, and the scale and quality of outcomes delivered.
