Job Summary: Joining our Continuous Improvement Team based at our East Cowes site on the Isle of Wight, the Lean Deployment Leader will report into our Site Lean Deployment Director and work across both our Civil and Defence business lines. The Lean Deployment Leader will be a Lean Thinker with a very high level of expertise in Business Transformation.
