Description Washington Integrative Foot & Ankle is dedicated to helping people of all ages and lifestyles get back to enjoying the activities they love. We have 3 convenient locations across the Seattle metro area in Renton, Kirkland, and Everett. Washington Integrative Foot & Ankle is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to answer a high volume of calls, provide excellent customer service, and provide support to the practices. This role will be primarily based in our Kirkland and Everett offices. Duties and Responsibilities: - Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy - Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages - Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact - Makes follow-up calls for any messages left - Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately - Delivers all communications with excellent customer service - Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions - Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution Requirements: - Strong computer...
