Description: Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures within the Poker room. Total payroll, scheduling and budgeting responsibilities within the Poker Department. Safeguard Company assets. Supervise all procedures and controls established by corporate, department and the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Implement Poker Room department policies established by management. Monitor and review that all Team Members perform to the property’s standards of service and hospitality, and follow all policies for Team Member counseling and discipline. Discuss and consult with Director in ways to stimulate business levels and increase head count, and coordinate the logistics involved to cope with them. Review and analyze all Poker Room financial reports and budgets for accuracy and feasibility. Keep well informed regarding all corporate and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events and weekly Service Standards and communicate them to all Team Members.
