Job Description Summary: Under general supervision, the Camp and Program Staff Lead supports Boulder Parks and Recreation in providing safe, fun, and fulfilling summer camp experiences for youth. This position works closely with and is directly supervised by a Program Supervisor to support a growing number of youth in camp settings. Serves as a lead worker and assists in managing day-to-day operations. This is a seasonal position with full-time hours offered during the summer. Throughout the year, there are part time opportunities to support school day-off camps and year-round programs.
