Your role – the engine of our growth As one of Sendify’s first German-speaking SDRs , you’ll be the one creating momentum . Your mission is to find, contact, and qualify new business opportunities, and fill the pipeline with high-quality leads for our Sales Executives. This is a high-energy, high-output role . You’ll be expected to maintain a very high level of daily activity , primarily through cold calling and outbound prospecting . If you love working in a target-driven environment and seeing your name climb the leaderboard – you’ll fit right in! 🏆 What you’ll do: Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market. Make a high volume of cold calls every day, and turn conversations into booked meetings. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline quality. Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to optimize handovers and conversion rates. Continuously track your activity and results in our CRM (HubSpot).
