DC Human Resources Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $24.14 - $27.89 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Provide human resources support to DC management, DC Human Resources Business Partner (DCHRBP), and DC team members. Collaborate with the DCHRBP with recruitment initiatives, screening applicants, and completion of new hire paperwork. Assist with new team member orientation and benefit education classes. Provides team member relations support, and collaborate with DC leadership on other duties as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Track and maintain emergency contact information, team member listings, turnover reports, etc. Copy and distribute phone lists for supervisors, corporate information listings, employee evacuation lists, status changes, and various other documents.
