Job Description Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition: Location: Spain (Madrid Area) Job Description: ADM is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its Animal Nutrition business across Iberia, Cyprus, Malta, and Greece. This role covers a large region and focuses on both maintaining existing business and growing our market share. You will be responsible for developing sales of a broad portfolio including feed additives, ingredients, and premixes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and grow the Animal Nutrition business in the region - Manage technical sales activities, including Key Accounts - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships - Identify and develop new business and partnerships - Gain a solid understanding of the product portfolio - Define and deliver sales plans and budgets based on market needs - Build and implement a 3–5 year business plan - Provide monthly reporting, sales analysis, and clear action plans - Work with product management, application, and R&D to develop customer solutions - Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs - Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives in the region - Work closely with technical support, customer service/logistics,...
