About the opportunity: As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving our fixed plant and equipment throughout the recycling operation. - Shift Details: This role operates on an 8‑hour Day Shift from Monday to Friday plus opportunity for overtime on Saturdays - Pay details: $49.57p/hr + OT What you’ll do: - Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response across site equipment - Welding, fabrication repairs as needed - Preventative maintenance tasks and continuous improvement projects - Assisting with planning and prioritising daily maintenance activities - Supporting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with site procedures - Contributing to plant upgrades and reliability improvements What You Will Bring: Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling.
