This is a hybrid role based out of Doral, Florida where you will work in office two days a week upon Manager approval after training. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST What Customer Service Management contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service Management contributes by establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Customer Service Management contributes by providing strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function. Responsibilities: Supervise the Accounts Receivable Team (about 27-30 FTE's) Possess strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to make sound business decisions. Capable of adapting to change and able to influence team in an evolving environment. The team is responsible for interfacing with insurance companies to resolve any outstanding issues by filing appeals, refiling claims or any other steps needed to make sure that we are paid for the services/products provided.
