As an Assembly Technician, you are responsible for the installation, integration, and verification of electrical and mechanical options on new machines prior to release. This role ensures all customer-specified options are installed correctly, function as intended, and meet quality and safety standards before shipment. Reporting through Manufacturing leadership, you support Assembly, Engineering, and Quality Control by executing disciplined option installs, validating functionality, and escalating issues when deviations or conflicts are identified. This position is critical to delivering complete, reliable machines while protecting schedule, quality, and customer confidence. Scope and Responsibilities: Education/Certification: Skills: - Install electrical and mechanical options on new machines per prints, schematics, and work instructions - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints related to machine options - Route, terminate, and secure wiring and components in accordance with standards and safety requirements - Install mechanical components, brackets, assemblies, and hardware associated with machine options - Verify proper operation of...
