We are seeking a Director of Partnership Success Management to join an innovative development organization and lead a team of high-performing Partnership Success Managers (PSMs) and supervisors. This leader will drive a best-in-class donor experience by identifying meaningful engagement and stewardship opportunities with donor partners. This role blends strategic leadership, portfolio oversight, and talent development.
