DESCRIPTION: Duties: Extract and transform data from various sources and technologies. Gather, document, and clarify reporting requirements from business partners. Create, enhance, update, and test reports and stored procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve production reporting issues. Recognize and communicate meaningful trends/patterns in data and reporting. Identify and validate data sources and serve as a data expert. Advise business and technology partners on data-driven opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer experience. Proactively interface with, and gather information from, other areas of the business including Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Data Scientist, Product Development Manager, or related occupation.
