What's the role? As Alliance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing property management strategies across the Bilt Alliance network. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring successful property onboarding, property and resident engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with property management teams. This position combines property management expertise with loyalty program knowledge to drive resident adoption and satisfaction. In this role you will... - Lead the implementation and execution of new property onboarding processes, including managing kick-off calls, pre-launch preparations, and post-launch success monitoring - Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for property management teams, focusing on Bilt platform utilization and resident engagement strategies - Oversee the property onboarding tracker and ensure smooth integration processes for both large-scale launches and individual property additions - Manage and optimize the training strategy for new property teams, including creation and delivery of training materials - Manage day-to-day operations and relationship development for a portfolio of smaller alliance partnerships...
