Job Description: The Role The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team plays a critical role in guiding Broker‑Dealers, Advisors, Banks and Trust firms, and Family Office clients through their transition onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) platform. As a Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management, you will be at the center of this transformation—leading complex onboarding initiatives, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring a seamless conversion experience. In this highly visible role, you will: Lead the onboarding of new Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) as they join Fidelity. Support existing advisors transitioning a book of business to the FIWMS platform. Drive mid‑ to large‑scale implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering a world‑class onboarding journey. You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, managing client relationships with minimal oversight, navigating complexity with confidence, and ensuring assets transition smoothly.
