Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position The Workplace Education Manager role focuses on consultation and execution of key deliverables support the day-to-day operations within our Workplace Education program. The Education Manager partners directly with plan sponsors, Fidelity relationship management teams, and presenters, delivering accuracy and timeliness in the coordination of educational campaigns, driving plan and participant satisfaction, and facilitating positive outcomes. The Team: This role supports the WI Educational Offerings in an effort to create, foster, and further develop lifetime relationships with our plan sponsors and participants. The educational strategies we support, bridge workplace investing and personal investing to deliver a comprehensive experience addressing the broader spectrum of savings, investing, and retirement needs for our workplace participants.
