General Description: We are seeking a Records Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Firm. The Records Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the Firm’s in-house file storage system, as well as tracking and managing all off-site file storage to ensure records are properly handled, accessible, and secure. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Filing, computerized indexing, and ongoing maintenance of active files within a centralized location. - Preparation of files for off-site storage. - Liaison with off-site storage company. - Maintain current index of off-site files. - Review all off-site storage invoices. - Special projects and duties as assigned.
