WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: The Director of Network and Telecommunication Services reports directly to the VP, IT INFRA Operations & CISO. This position is responsible for the management of the installation, testing, administration, training and maintenance related to all technology infrastructures at CapMetro including the data network, server and storage systems, desktop/client systems, and the voice network, systems, and devices. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Infrastructure Strategy & Governance: - Provide strategic leadership for enterprise infrastructure by managing 24/7 support and optimization, defining architecture and standards, establishing policies and priorities, and driving the development and implementation of IT best practices. Network & Systems Management: - Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of network hardware, servers, desktops, and operating systems while managing WAN/LAN performance, security, and availability. - Ensure proactive system upkeep through alerts, tuning, updates, and patches; maintain compliance and security via monitoring and risk assessments; and implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and issue resolution processes.
