Job Type Full-time Description: Tarantino Properties is currently hiring a Full Time Apartment Turnover Technician / Make Ready Duties: - Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-readies / turns) - Complete basic repairs: painting, light plumbing, minor electrical, fixtures, and touch-ups - Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to meet deadlines - Ensure each apartment is clean, safe, and move-in ready - Report any larger maintenance issues Requirements: Apply today for quick consideration! - Experience in apartment make-ready, maintenance, or general labor preferred - Basic knowledge of painting, repairs, and cleaning - Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks - Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
