The Paramedic-FTO I is responsible for performing the essential functions of a Paramedic while also serving as a mentor, trainer, and evaluator for newly hired Paramedics. This role ensures that new employees are introduced to Medtrans’ standards of advanced patient care, operational procedures, and compliance requirements. Paramedic-FTO I personnel promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professional excellence by modeling best practices and providing structured training, guidance, and performance feedback in the field.
