Job description

Overview Assist in management of building systems in the Pacific Region’s 18+ million square foot portfolio of developed industrial and commercial land located on Oahu and owned by Select Income REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Work with property and engineering management to implement and maintain energy management, preventative maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and to maintain positive relationships with all tenants, co-workers, and vendors. This must be done in a manner that not only protects, but also maximizes the value of the property. Responsibilities: - Assist the Chief Engineer with daily projects including purchasing and picking up supplies and equipment and delivering them where directed - Provide preventive daily and monthly Maintenance Reports of all managed properties to Lead Engineer - Perform visual monthly inspections of property for cleaning and maintenance requirements - Perform minor plumbing repairs in restrooms, and manage properties where applicable - Provide minor repairs to interior and/or exterior lighting including changing ballasts, lamps and bulbs - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of mechanical/electrical ro...
