TITLE: FACILITIES PROGRAM MANAGER: STATUS: EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR - FACILITIES AND CORPORATE SERVICES: DEPARTMENT: CORPORATESERVICES: JOB CODE: 4436: PAY RANGE: $93,700.00 - $110,000.00 ANNUALLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Directs real estate activities for purchases, sales and leases. Works with business owners on site location, design, planning, construction, space leasing, property management and maintaining the professional appearance of the interior and exterior of properties. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
