The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and deal process management. Plays a critical role in shaping and advancing business development through execution of variety of strategic transactions including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), diversification, joint ventures, management agreements, and joint operating agreements.
