Job DetailsJob Location: Sedan - 205 - Edgar, NE 68935Purpose & Summary Statement We are searching for a talented and qualified office manager who has proven experience with grain, feed mill, energy and agronomy office duties. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Reports directly to the location manager. Responsible for scaling / grading all inbound/outbound grain trucks, assist with grading samples during rail operations and assist with rail operations when necessary. Work with main office administrators to help process work. Maintain clean and professional office space. Flexibility to work with other locations and departments as needed. Clearly and concisely convey information with customers, other team members, grain superintendent, and report to location manager in a positive manner. Promote a safe work culture through leadership and personal actions. Follow all safety policies and take accountabilities for all co-workers doing the same. Know the location emergency action plan and location of worker protection standards information. Understand locational goals and take it upon yourself to achieve or exceed these goals.
