2026 Summer Tax Associate (temporary/hybrid)

About the Role At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives - a mission we've honed since 1859. You will be exposed to tax procedures including the preparation of supporting workpapers on various tax returns and projects, including tax credits and deductions. You will have an opportunity to work alongside senior management and peers as a member of the internal tax team. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to learn new skillsets, be involved in office community activities twice a month and build lasting relationships with members of the Equitable tax team. What You'll Be Doing: This position offers a hybrid work schedule (up to 19 hours per week), with an on-site as needed combining flexibility with team collaboration.
