MES Lead Functional Analyst

Job description

Overview RoviSys is seeking a Lead Functional Analyst to play a pivotal role in the delivery of holistic MES solutions for manufacturers across a wide range of industries. This role supports solution areas including Production Management, Directed Work, Quality, Traceability, Maintenance Management, and Performance. Extending beyond traditional requirement gathering, you will help define, structure, configure, and validate digital manufacturing solutions by translating operational needs into clear solution definitions that support both current-state operations and future-state objectives. Functional Analysts are central to RoviSys’ delivery methodology, leading and contributing to Integrated Process Mapping (IPM) activities that capture process intent, decision logic, and system interactions. In addition to solution definition, this role plays a hands-on part in system configuration, master data design, testing, and post-deployment support, ensuring solutions are not only well-designed but effectively realized in live manufacturing environments.
