About this role The Digital Technology Business Partner – Data Centers is the primary liaison between Digital Technology (DT) and the Data Center business. This highly impactful role partners directly with Data Center leadership to shape, prioritize, and deliver digital capabilities that accelerate growth, operational excellence, and customer value across the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires deep understanding of both data center business operations and enterprise digital technology capabilities. The DT Business Partner is accountable for understanding business priorities, identifying digital opportunities, and envisioning integrated, end-to-end solutions that improve how customers engage with Carrier, from initial engagement and solution design through order fulfillment, service, and lifecycle support. The role also plays a critical leadership position in portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and execution governance, ensuring maximum return on digital investments.
