Overview We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Assistant Vice President of Business Development to lead new revenue generation across our multi line insurance portfolio, including Renters Insurance, Travel Insurance, Event & Ticket Insurance,. This role is designed for a true hunter — someone who thrives on sourcing, cultivating, and closing new distribution partnerships. The ideal candidate has deep experience in P&C insurance, ideally within a Managing General Agency (MGA) or in partnership with property technology (PropTech) platforms, large property management companies, or embedded insurance distribution models. This leader will own their pipeline end-to-end — from prospecting to onboarding to premium growth — and will play a critical role in scaling written premium and identifying new product opportunities.
