Description Talent Acquisition Specialist – Electrical Utilities The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting recruiting efforts for technical and field-based roles supporting electrical utility infrastructure projects. This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify qualified candidates and maintain talent pipelines for positions across transmission, distribution, engineering, and construction operations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while helping ensure the organization attracts and hires qualified professionals to support utility projects across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: - Source and identify qualified candidates for roles supporting electrical utility operations including engineers, inspectors, construction managers, AutoCAD technicians, and field personnel. - Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build candidate pipelines. - Maintain talent pools for frequently hired roles within transmission and distribution (T&D) projects.
